She specializes with first time home buyers, sellers, vacation homes and investment properties, oceanfront, luxury, and land properties. Ashlynne graduated top of her class from Coastal Carolina University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication and Sociology. She is a master negotiator and 5 star rated Realtor who has been awarded multiple distinctions from her association and peers. In her spare time she enjoys all of what coastal life in Myrtle Beach has to offer, boating, traveling, cooking, and playing with her rescue dog Nora.
